1. Dessiner un coeur 6x6 sur un morceau de lourdes coudre sur l'interfaçage.
Dessinez les lignes de couture.
2. Line up 2 tissus endroit contre endroit.
3. jeter modèle sur la Place de tissu 1 / 4 "de la ligne. Assurez-vous
que lorsque votre tissu s'ouvre il doit s'adapter au modèle.
4. Cousez sur la ligne.
5. Presse libre.
6. Repliez la ligne suivante et couper l'excédent de tissu 1 / 4 "
du pli motif. Placez votre prochain morceau sous son endroit contre endroit.
Déplier pièce de patron et coudre sur la ligne.
7. Presse libre.
8. Découpez le cœur.
9. Coeur à un point de feston
8x8 "carré.
Astuce: papier pour congélation de fer vers le bas avant
machine à appliqueing pour la stabilité, puis arracher.
Dernière frappeurs retour de couche et le dessus. J'utilise vieux jeans bleus dans mon
pot-porteurs afin de les rendre plus épais et la ouate de coton, il ne sera pas
fondre. Ils font une batte en particulier pour le pot-porteurs.
Maintenant ont courtepointe amusant et en ajoutant des points décoratifs. (Voir c)
Et préparez-vous pour ajouter le:
1. Draw a 6x6 heart on a piece of heavy sew-on interfacing.
Draw stitch lines.
2. Line up 2 fabrics right sides together.
3. lay pattern over fabric place 1/4" from line. Make sure
that when your fabric opens it will fit the pattern.
4. Sew on the line.
5. Press open.
6. Fold back the next line and cut the excess fabric 1/4"
from pattern fold. Place your next piece under it right sides together.
Unfold pattern piece and sew on the line.
7. Press open.
8. Cut out heart.
9. Blanket stitch heart to a
8x8" square.
Tip: Iron freezer paper to the bottom before
machine appliqueing for stability, then tear away.
Last layer back batting and top. I use old blue jeans in my
pot-holders to make them thicker and cotton batting, it won't
melt. They do make a batting especially for pot-holders.
Now have fun quilting and adding decorative stitches.(see c)

4. When you get to the end sew right off the pot-holder
and up the loop with the raw ends tucked inside. (see a)
Cut it 6" from the corner fold around and stitch down.
Add a button if you would like. (see b)
Make binding from 2 1/4"wide strips ironed in half.
Note: I don't usually use bias for small things without
any curves. Just cut regular 2 1/4" strips.

For the pocket pot holder: cut 3 8x8" squares.
Layer top, batting, bottom and then quilt.
(d)Use the third square for the pocket fold in half
and use the fold line as a reference(e) to sew on the
rick-rack.Then press back down(f). Applique a
heart on the front and then attach the binding.
